Meet Our Team

At Happy Times Child Care & Early Learning Centre, our team is the heart of everything we do. We take immense pride in carefully selecting educators and teachers not only for their formal qualifications but, more importantly, for their genuine passion, warmth, and commitment to nurturing young minds.

Our educators are more than just professionals—they are compassionate individuals who understand the importance of fostering strong, positive relationships with both children and their families. Our team is comprised of highly trained and experienced professionals who bring their love of learning and child development into every interaction.

We believe in creating a safe, secure, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable exploring the world around them through play. Relationships are at the heart of what we do. We are a child-safe organisation, with an action plan to support embedding the child-safe standards across our organisation.

All educators at Happy Times Childcare and Early Learning Centre have obtained a police check, a working with children check, a mandatory reporting certificate, a food handling and allergy training certificate, and are first aid and CPR certified. Our team has over 70 years of combined experience, and all educators are provided with professional development to further enhance their skills. In 2024, we have engaged in over 200 hours of professional development as a team.

Our team also has a mentor with 24-hour access to support throughout the year with any questions to support their own learning journey.
